Setting up AutoPay

If you would like to set up AutoPay for your MLS services, you would login to your HomeBase and click on the “My Billing Info” tab on the left side of the screen and then at the top you would click on “AutoPay & Billing”.

To add a credit card to be used for AutoPay, click on the little plus (+) sign next to “PAYMENT PROFILES” and add your credit/debit card information. Then under “MEMBERSHIP BILLING” click on the blue box that says “Manage AutoPay” to the right of each membership billing items that you want set up on AutoPay. Then under “Automatic Payments” there are 3 choices. For MLS Dues and/or Supra eKEY, you would choose “All membership items” since there are not any items that the MLS has set as optional. Then under “Payment Profile” click the dropdown menu and select the credit card to use.

Below is additional optional information to make changes to your AutoPay.

If you do not want your MLS Dues and/or your Supra eKEY fee on AutoPay, or you want to add a different credit card for your AutoPay in our system, below are instructions to do that.

To change your credit card or disable AutoPay you will need to go to your HomeBase portal. You can access this portal here. You will be required to login. If you have never logged in, you will need to create an account.

Once you’ve created a HomeBase account, you will receive an email verification and you will create your login credentials at that time.

Once logged into your HomeBase you would click on the “My Billing Info” tab on the left side of the screen and then at the top you would click on “Autopay & Billing”.
Under “PAYMENT PROFILES” it will show the credit card(s) you have stored. Below that, it will show all of your regularly scheduled Membership billing items.

To add a new credit card you would click on the little plus (+) sign next to “PAYMENT PROFILES” and add your new credit/debit card information. Then you would click on “Manage Autopay” next to the MLS billing item(s) you want to change, and under “AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS”, you would click on the dropdown arrow next to “Payment Profile” and select the card you want used for AutoPay and then click “Done”.

If you want to delete a credit card you had previously stored, you would go back to “Autopay & Billing” and click the pencil icon next to that credit card and then click the red button that says “Delete”.

If you wish to disable AutoPay for MLS Dues and/or Supra eKEY (if applicable), to the far right of the MLS billing items, you would click on “Manage AutoPay” and under “AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS”, then click “Disabled” and click “Done”.
