The SCWMLS staff can be reached Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at 608.240.2800.
If you need after hours assistance because...
- ...you forgot your Paragon password, click on the Forgot Password link next to the password field on the login screen. Enter your login name and your email address and click Submit. When prompted for the company code, type in scwmls and click submit. Your password will be sent to the email address you entered.
- ...Paragon is down, call the FNIS Support Line at 877.657.4357*

Before calling for help with your Supra keycard, please take a minute to check the following:
- Is it before 7:00 a.m. (8:00 a.m. during daylight savings)? Keyboxes will not open before 7:00 a.m. (8:00 during daylight savings).
- Has your keycard been updated for today? If not, perform an update.
