« Are you Taking Advantage of Marketing Features Offered?
After a listing is entered into the MLS and flagged to be sent to internet websites, one of the websites it goes to is the MLS public website at www.wisconsinhomes.com. When a photo or photos are loaded into Paragon for that listing, the first eight of them are also automatically included on wisconsinhomes.com. What may be different about your listing and the sample below, however, are the following marketing features that are offered at no additional cost to you:
- 1. Open House Information: By adding open house information to your listing in Paragon, your listing on wisconsinhomes.com will automatically be flagged to include an open house banner with the date and time of your open house. Within the search prompts on wisconsinhomes.com, the public can check a box to get a list of all open houses for areas they are interested in. Open House information can be entered under the V Tour/Open House Section in the Add and Maintain a Listing option in Paragon.
- 2. Virtual Tour Link: If you have purchased a virtual tour for your listing, copy that tour to your listing under the Extra Info Section in the Add and Maintain a Listing option in Paragon. A virtual tour link will automatically be placed on your listing on wisconsinhomes.com. Click here for rules regarding Virtual Tours.
- 3. Your Photo: If you have added your photo into Paragon, it will be sent automatically for inclusion on your listings on wisconsinhomes.com.
- 4. E-Mail and URL links: There is a spot for both office and agent e-mail addresses and website urls on each listing. If we don't have yours listed, please e-mail us at amy@wisre.com with that information.
« Virtual tour Links
If you purchased a virtual tour for your listing, you can include that link on the Customer Full Report in Paragon and within your listing on www.wisconsinhomes.com. To include your tour, enter the tour link as part of your listing in Paragon (Extra Info tab in Add Listing).
MLS Rules prohibit the display of virtual tours that include agent information and/or office information. As with the Customer Full Report, office name is allowed. The reason for this restriction is that links to virtual tours on MLS listings in Paragon are included as part of the Customer Full Report. By design, the listing company is given credit on this report, but there is no agent information or office contact information. This report is the one members most often email from Paragon to their clients/customers. Before this restriction, some of the tour links on listings emailed from Paragon took the client/customer to a web page containing agent and office information along with a tour of the property. On some of these web pages the focus was on the agent/office and not the property.
