« How Does it Work?
- Participating agents enter their showing instructions into Paragon when they add/edit a listing.
- ShowingTime receives your instructions and automatically loads them into the call center system.
- The Appointment Center answers showing calls and emails on your behalf and immediately contacts your seller (per your instructions), then confirms the appointment with the showing agent and notifies you of the appointment. The Appointment Center shares showing instructions with agents such as lock box information, alarm system information and any other showing instructions you provide.
- All homeownercalls are made/answered with your company name (i.e.,"Hello, this is the ABCD Realty Appointment Center calling with a showing request...").
