Microsoft Image Resizer For Windows XP/Vista
and choose "Run" to download and install the Picture Resizer Software.
The Image Resizer is a nice little tool, which allows you, with a
click of your mouse button to resize any image, or even collection of images to
any one of four sizes without altering the original image. Here is how it
works:
- Open up the folder on your PC
containing the picture(s) you want to resize.
- Place your mouse over the
file you want to resize and right click.
- On the menu that appears,
choose "Resize Pictures".
- A dialogue box will open and
ask you to 'select a size".
- Your choices will be Small,
Medium, Large and Handheld PC.
- Choose Small (This
happens to be the correct sizing for Paragon).
- Click OK
- Looking in the folder where
your picture was located back in step 1, you will now see a new file. This
is the smaller version of your original picture. If your original picture
was called DSC_001.jpg the new file will be DSC_001(Small).jpg - The
(Small)
denotes that this is the smaller copy of the original file.
- Close up your folder and run the
Paragon Photo Administration Tool as you always do, using the new files
(Small)
you created using the Resizer Tool.
